eh, ok they don't have the tutorial. i should post my tutorial up. ok, you open up your picture. make a new layer, fill it with gray.. change it to either soft light or till its all in grayscale. then use a eraser, background eraser, i think... then brush it over just your shirt and the eyes. zoom it in so you won't erase outside the shirt and eyes.
